Job description: 


We are looking for a self-motivated, versatile and data-driven Marketing Automation Marketer (f/m/d) to own the middle of the funnel for our team. You will be in charge of capturing, qualifying, nurturing and educating leads to convert them into customers, on top of nailing segmentation and personalization in our communications. You will play a key role in building and growing our inbound marketing strategy.   • Map and own customer journeys and buying cycles, create campaigns and workflows that support contacts from lead acquisition to retention
  • Grow our email lists organically and manage various email campaigns, including calls-to-action and content in our email sends
  • Segment lists based on lifecycle stages and behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions
  • Measure results and optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content and social channels, to convert leads into customers
  • Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with the rest of the team to understand how our inbound marketing activities impact conversion rates
  • Establish, maintain and refine scalable processes that ensure best practices in customer conversion, campaign and lead management.



  • Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication or similar or apprenticeship in the communication or marketing sector (incl. several years of experience)
  • At least 2 years of professional experience with email marketing, marketing automation, web analytics, CRM management and cross-channel marketing campaign planning and execution
  • Knowledge in generating traffic, converting visitors into leads, and then nurturing them into customers (using dynamic workflows) 
  • Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts, metrics and analytical understanding to perform A/B testing and email/workflow optimization and derive action from it 
  • Excellent writer and empathic, professional communicator with very good German and English skills

  • Knowledge of marketing automation technology, especially with HubSpot
