About RaiseNow Hub

RaiseNow offers technology for digital fundraising touchpoints such as giving forms, crowdfunding pages or face-to-face fundraising. Everything is connected to our global payment platform which supports payments with local payment methods and currencies. RaiseNow Hub is our latest development to offer a self-onboarding and self-service portal for our customers and partners to manage fundraising touchpoints, payments and integrations, as well as accessing all payment transactions, subscriptions and supporter data.

Your new role:

  • You are the head of RaiseNow Hub which means you are in charge of a very broad spectrum of tasks: from strategic decisions, coordination with product development and UX to hands-on support and customer feedback.
  • It’s a fast-changing world! We ask you to perform market observations in collaboration with business development, customers and partners, tracking down fundraising and payment trends, identifying new product potential, and preparing feasibility and market analysis including ROI.
  • The RaiseNow Hub team, mainly frontend developers, relies on you for the specification of user stories and roadmap planning. It is your responsibility to lead external and internal parties, and to pave the road for product development.
  • Collaborate with UX to iterate on and refine the existing experience as well as support defining research initiatives.
  • We believe that documentation and information are very important - that’s why you will be creating and maintaining product documentation including release notes, whitepapers, tutorials, blogs, screencasts for customers, partners and the RaiseNow marketing team.
  • You collaborate with sales and marketing teams, sharing your knowledge of the added value generated for community building and communication, and go-to-market plans. With customer success, you are defining integration strategies and specifications for RaiseNow customers. You will be helping them to define processes and identify problems that you then want to improve and solve!

What we think you need for the  job:

  • You have relevant work experience as a product manager, product owner, business analyst or digital/web project manager in the digital platform business.
  • You are familiar and comfortable with agile development methodologies.
  • Bonus points for having a B2B, SaaS, digital payments or charity fundraising background.
  • You have an analytic and creative mind with strong communication, planning, and project management skills.
  • You have the ability to influence across a large compound organization and to manage multiple, competing priorities at the same time.
  • Oral and written language skills in English are required. German or French is nice to have.
