Job description: 

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Content Marketing Manager responsible for strengthening RaiseNow’s storytelling and messaging across our channels to drive leads and other important metrics. You will write and produce various types of content to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads. We love independent thinkers who are prepared to take on new challenges in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.



  • Build and manage a rich content/ editorial calendar that attracts qualified audiences to our owned channels (content examples include website and landing pages, blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, emails, guides etc.).
  • Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
  • Grow new leads, including Marketing Qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
  • Strengthen RaiseNow’s presence across our social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Youtube accounts). Further increase our reach and engagement by monitoring and engaging in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and industry.
  • Develop keyword strategies that will improve our organic search rankings, drive more traffic, and generate new inbound links.
  • Measure performance of content to drive readership and conversion. Based on data-driven insights, continually optimise efforts against newly-established benchmarks.



  • Past experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, website, social media etc.).
  • Dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven and rely on data to make decisions.
  • Full professional proficiency in German and English with excellent writing skills.
  • Experience in driving views to take action (eg. subscribing, visiting a website, becoming a lead) and ability to increase the percentage of people taking that action via testing and optimisation.
  • Proficiency in content management and marketing automation technology.
  • Knowledge in SEO and SEM a major plus.
  • Knowledge of the fundraising industry is also a major plus.
