Job description: 

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for telling the world (and company) the story of our products. You will be expected to be our chief advocate for RaiseNow’s specific feature set and its benefits. Additionally, you will be charged with crafting the strategy around the messaging and marketing for new launches.



  • Together with the Product team, drive on-going communication for product updates and educate both internal and external stakeholders about our product features and their benefits.
  • Inform and execute on product positioning by crafting (and validating) compelling messages and value propositions that attract and convert prospects.
  • Plan and execute product launches that help bring a product to market using relevant and effective channels and communications.
  • Create product content (eg. sales enablement documentation, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts) to articulate the benefits of our product to the world.
  • Measure and optimise the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.
  • Gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas.
  • Maintain and manage market trends and competitive intelligence by working with cross-functional stakeholders and executing self-lead research to give the team a deep understanding of the market.
  • Coordinate with our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure they can drive customer interest, adoption, and success on our products.



  • Skilled storyteller able to develop a compelling, differentiated, and memorable narrative for any product, and coach others to do the same.
  • Can interpret usage data or market research to make decisions.
  • Will become fascinated by our customer base and motivated by their success. 
  • Familiar with various product marketing knowledge, such as creating personas, outlining customer journeys, pricing strategies, and implementing integrated Marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (German or English) - there is a heavy amount of writing and presenting/selling ideas in this role.
  • Works well in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life. You are at the centre of our entire organisation, constantly interacting with teammates and prospects.
  • Knowledge of the fundraising industry and SaaS business model is a major plus.
