Global Payment API

The payment API is a central service of our products. It integrates various payment service providers (Adyen, Ingenico, Datatrans, PayU, TWINT, Worldline/SIX, Stripe, PayPal, and many more) offering a uniform API for all different payment methods and over 100+ currencies. This platform offers automated reconciliation and payment facilitator functionalities so that the payment can be automatically verified and transferred.


Your new role: 

  • You are the head of your product, the global payment API - this means you are in charge of a very broad spectrum of tasks: from strategic decisions to hands-on support and customer feedback
  • It’s a fast-changing world! We ask you to perform market observations in collaboration with business development, customers and partners, tracking down payment trends, identifying new product potentials, and preparing feasibility and market analysis including ROI.
  • The payment team, mainly developers, relies on you for the specification of user stories and roadmap planning. In general, it is your responsibility to lead external and internal parties and to pave the road for product development. 
  • We believe that documentation and information are very important - that’s why you will be creating and maintaining product documentation including release notes, whitepapers, tutorials, blogs, screencasts for customers, partners and the RaiseNow Marketing Team.
  • You are collaborating with the Sales and Marketing team sharing your knowledge of the added value generated by your product line. With Customer Success, you are defining integration strategies and specifications for RaiseNow customers. You will be helping them to define processes and identify problems in the product line which you then want to improve and solve! 


What we think you need for the  job: 

  • You have relevant work experience in SaaS and payment/e-commerce field
  • You have a technical background and therefore a knowledge of product development processes
  • You have an analytic and creative mind with strong communication,  planning, and project management skills
  • You have the ability to influence across a large compound organization and to manage multiple, competing priorities at the same time
  • Oral and written language skills in English and German
  • NGO / Fundraising background is a big plus
